Nothing hidden. Nothing exploited.

We build justice into food systems.

AVN maps farms, supports sustainable practice at source, and proves it: fair prices for farmers, protected water and land, and plot-level, deforestation-free evidence ready to file as a Due Diligence Statement. EUDR is in effect, and the UK is preparing an equivalent regime. The businesses that act first keep trading without disruption; the ones that wait get found out by a customs check.

Why now

The clock is real. Waiting is the risk, not the deadline.

EUDR deadline
Days
Hours
Minutes
Seconds

Once the deadline passes, operators without plot-level evidence face blocked shipments, customs delays, and EUDR fines of up to 4% of EU-wide annual turnover. The UK is developing its own forest-risk commodity rules, expected to closely mirror EUDR from 2027. Buyers are already asking suppliers for evidence before they sign 2027 contracts. The businesses that can produce a DDS today are the ones getting chosen first.

30 Dec 2026

EU due-diligence deadline for large and medium operators under EUDR.

UK · Forest Risk Commodities

Environment Act 2021 rules, proposed and expected to closely mirror EUDR from 2027.

First-mover advantage

Suppliers who can already produce a DDS are the ones buyers are prioritising for next year’s contracts.

AVN provides supplier evidence and structured due-diligence records. Operators remain responsible for their own legal filings and compliance decisions.

Self-check

Do you import or export any of these?

EUDR already applies to seven commodity groups, and everything made from them, for goods entering the EU. The UK's proposed forest-risk commodity regime (expected 2027) is set to cover similar ground. If your business touches any of the below, you should start building plot-level evidence now.

If you ticked even one, the regulation already applies to you. AVN Earth builds plot-level evidence for any of these commodities, on the same fair, traceable, sustainable standard we hold our own coffee and cocoa supply chain to, not just for what we trade ourselves.

AVN Earth · compliance-as-a-service

We collect the evidence. You get the report.

AVN Earth is the infrastructure we built to run our own coffee and cocoa supply chain fairly and sustainably, and we now put it to work for any importer or exporter, in any commodity regulated under EUDR or covered by the UK's proposed forest-risk commodity regime (expected 2027). Our technicians go to the source: they map the plot, support the farmer, and record it all, so your compliance team doesn't have to chase paperwork from suppliers who don't have it.

01

Map & support

A field technician GPS-maps every plot boundary and records producer identity in person, then works with the farmer on deforestation-free practice, water management, and shade-tree cover while they're there.

02

Verify

Each plot is checked against EU deforestation-free baselines, with UK criteria applied as soon as its regime is confirmed, and the price paid to the farmer is recorded alongside it. Anything that doesn't clear the cut-off, or wasn't fairly paid, is flagged before it enters your supply chain.

03

Access

Every record, compliance and fairness both, lands in your AVN Earth dashboard, searchable by plot, lot, producer or shipment.

04

Report

Generate a compliant Due Diligence Statement in a few clicks, ready to file with TRACES NT or your own filing system.

Evidence is a by-product of the system, built at source, not assembled after the fact.

Plot-level, not country-level

We tell you exactly which produce is compliant, and which isn't.

EUDR is enforced at the plot, not the country or the cooperative — and the UK's proposed forest-risk commodity regime (expected 2027) is set to work the same way. A single exporter can have some plots that are clean and others that aren't. AVN Earth verifies each plot individually against satellite deforestation baselines, so you know, lot by lot, what the EU will accept — and you're ready for the UK the moment its regime lands.

Our standard

This is what "fair" and "traceable" actually mean at AVN.

EUDR requires plot geolocation and deforestation-free evidence — and the UK's proposed forest-risk commodity regime (expected 2027) is set to require the same. AVN Earth delivers both. But this standard didn't start with the regulation. It started with our own Unity Bean supply chain, where we set a bar the regulation doesn't ask for: water use and erosion risk recorded at watershed scale, per farm; verified value-share so producers see a documented, fair return; labour records logged at source; and technicians who support deforestation-free practice and shade-tree planting, not just check for it. That standard, built for our own supply chain first, is now what every AVN Earth client gets by default, whether they buy from us directly or use us for compliance evidence alone.

Economic fairness

Verified value-share records are published per lot, so producer participation is documented before shipment.

Labour made visible

Harvest-season labour records are logged at source, creating a documented trail instead of relying on verbal assurances.

Water at watershed scale

Water use and erosion risk can be recorded per farm, helping buyers understand environmental impact at source.

Land protected for next season

Deforestation education and shade-tree planting happen at the same farm visit, so the plot is still producing, and still deforestation-free, next harvest.

Built for both sides of the trade

Protect your supply chain, whichever side of it you're on.

For importers

Lock in a documented, deforestation-free supplier before the deadline tightens further.

  • GPS plot data and batch traceability per lot
  • Deforestation-free attestation signed at source
  • HS codes and machine-readable GeoJSON for TRACES NT
  • One evidence base, ready for EU requirements today and the UK's proposed regime (expected 2027)
  • Or buy green coffee and cocoa directly from our Uganda origin, no intermediary trader
  • Direct, founder-led relationship

For producers, cooperatives & exporters

You keep your export business. AVN helps you prove it.

  • Documented supply chains that stand up to buyer due-diligence review
  • Farm-level evidence and batch traceability, collected in person at source
  • Proof that turns existing coffee, cocoa, or any regulated commodity supply chain into a buyer-ready system
  • A cooperative support scheme for community development, alongside the evidence work
  • Already live in Uganda, onboarding in Kenya and Ethiopia
  • Direct, founder-led relationship

AVN does not replace exporters. AVN helps exporters prove their supply chains.

Two ways to buy from us

Unity Bean is our own ethically-traded coffee and cocoa brand, roasted and ready to drink, built on the same evidence standard described above. If you're here for a bag of coffee, that's on the Unity Bean site.

Sourcing green coffee or cocoa at volume is different, and it stays here. AVN Earth sells directly from our Uganda origin, so you're buying from the same technicians who mapped and verified the plot, not through an intermediary trader.
